Return & Refund Policy
At Spark Event Studio, all orders are made to order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless you receive an incorrect item. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at sparkeventstudioinfo@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 30 days of delivery.
Be sure to keep the damaged item along with both the internal and external packaging, as this may be required for verification or insurance claims.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
To be eligible, the item must be:
✔️ Unused and in its original condition
✔️ Returned in the original packaging
Refunds
Cancelled Orders
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, a cancellation request may be eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are typically issued within 1–2 business days.
Returned Incorrect Items
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
That said, if you experience any issues with your digital purchase, please reach out, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you’re completely satisfied.
